# Printing the flatplan

A user with Production Rights can access the magazine tools in the left navigation column under Production.

To generate a printable PDF of the flat plan for a specific issue, go to Production >>> Workflow & Flatplan. 

In the Content planer tab, on the right hand side, select the magazine and the issue you want to print.Select the format and how many columns of spreads you want per page. Click the "To PDF" button.

Print and email the PDF as you see fit.
